- 1 cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop parsley, cilantro, and garlic.
Combine in a mixing bowl with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Let the sauce rest for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
Serve as a dip, marinade, or topping.
