Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop parsley, cilantro, and garlic.
  • Combine in a mixing bowl with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
  • Add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Let the sauce rest for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  • Serve as a dip, marinade, or topping.

Notes

  1. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  2. Adjust garlic and red pepper for personal preference.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon for extra zest.
